@nitsua2789: ahh I see, but if I buy a general reset it wouldn't work right?

Edit: Nvm read the scroll it said it reset everything but AP invested in HP/MP

@firebolt: He MP washed. If you have a lot of int gear on when your put a point into MP you gain extra MP (more int = more MP per point), but when you use an AP reset from the cash shop to take a point out of MP it removes the base level of MP and leaves the extra MP you got from having a lot of int.

Only the individual AP resets from the cash shop can remove AP from HP/MP so it costs quite a lot of NX to do this. (500 nx per point)

@nitsua2789: Wait how does it work? He hasn't leveled up but his MP went from 22k -> 200k

@littletlk: Well obviously they didn't actually change it.

@nitsua2789:
I can't explain it, but it was stated outright by nexon YEARS ago that it did not add to MP gain anymore.

I'd say the only reason to HP was a class is if you have a kanna mule that you wanted to have 100% kishin up time on a map as you trained because you're too lazy to move it back up and down a rope.

That phantom most likely did the same thing as what perfectcards did in Maple SEA.

200k MP (I think his goal was to be able to use magic guard lol)

@littletlk: My Evan was made in January...

Also you said it hasn't affected it for non-mages since Big Bang but Phantoms came out well after Big Bang.

Not to mention the fact that in older videos you can clearly see they have much lower MP.

Keysless soloing Lotus, over 200k MP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zINedlns3AY

Keysless soloing Hellux, 22k MP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfGjki7dADY

Videos were about 7 months apart, hes Lv230 in both. Obviously MP washing still works, no amount of %MP buffs is going to get 22k to 220k ( you can't see any such buffs being used in the Lotus run anyways)

@littletlk: Int does affect MP gain, there's a few Phantom's who have MP washed to have 180-220k mp (useful for soloing Lotus, not much else) and the difference in MP between funded and unfunded Evans is quite large, I have like 275k MP while some other Evan's I know only have like 100k.

@whatthejew:
You can only take out of MP if you've added to MP now.

@increveisuma:
Having extra INT doesn't increase your MP gain anymore. It hasn't for non-mages since Big Bang (2010) and it hasn't for mages since like 2011 or 2012.
It's absolutely USELESS to scroll for INT if you aren't a mage.
If you want more HP, I suggest spell tracing your armor. It gives HP to do that, plus you get some from starforce. That, combined with set effects (RA/gollux) will give you more than enough HP. And if it's still just not enough, get a decent HB neb and throw it on your pants. Costs about 300-700m depending which server you're in. And if that's just not enough after all of that, scroll an alt set of HP gear. No reason to waste a set scrolling for INT as a non-mage.

HP wash isn't that useful, what you can do instead is remove points from MP and add to your main stat.
Pretty cool idea, but it would cost 500 NX per 1 AP point to do.

readers, you're right, I just got a Halloween untradeable lvl 75 equalette that I scrolled with 70% three times and it has 22 int before the 9 int it adds if you wear the whole Halloween set, not to mention you can potential scroll the Halloween set, which is pretty much a free set because you can get one Halloween equip after farming 40 kaleido-spinning tickets from zombie elite pumpkins at taurospears. But it's no use to me to hp wash unless they keep the set as a give-away prize again next year, since I think it's the highest int set for a low lvl in the game. But the event is about to end so I might as well ignore my try.

Haven't the mechanics for doing HP washing been removed a very long time ago (like, years ago)? It doesn't make sense anyway because as people have said, bosses can easily ignore your HP when doing attacks (and possibly 1HKO you).

You don't have to read what @increveisuma is typing, that guy is living in the past, dood.
Easy to HP wash on a Demon Avenger anyways.

Last I heard, it isn't necessary due to the ridiculous amount of attacks bosses have that deal damage based on % of your HP.

Where do you see that it's relevant again?
