For the event, it says something about moving between your egg and mobs every 10 minutes? What does that mean?

anyway i logged in and got the rock just now. even tho i completed it on my main.
yesterday, i got the rock on some of my mules, and the mules that started it but never finished never got the rock. but everything should be fixed now.
@juubee: Yup didn't start it. Don't even know what the egg is lol.
I have a friend who dindt play the event in september yet doesnt have the tp rock.
@juubee It is intentional. Says it on the patch notes.
"Requirement: Lv. 33 and above. This event is a re-run of the Time Capsule Event from September. Characters who have completed this event in September will not be able to complete this event again."
@appall for the ones who had started it last time it doesn't seem to be giving us a new egg to use for teleportation. Idk if it's intentional or a bug but really annoying rn
I didn't get an egg. Just tells me to get 500 feathers which I did...?
