Upgradingwhere to go from here?
Hey fellow marksman and other pros! I currently have most of the endgame equips such as CRA, tyrant cape, superior gollux items, SW face equips. My goal is to get close to 700k-1mil range and as of right now my range is 315078-370679 buffed and 337745-397347 with hypers. I also have 95% max crit, 83% ignore def, 118% boss if that's a factor.
But Now i'm not sure where to go from here; everything has potential on it-mostly unique, a few epics and 2 legendary ranks. Is it all pretty much cubing from here on out? Like what kind of % stats should I be shooting for on stuff like armors?
And any other equipment advice is also heavily appreciated!

With vital hunter giving 50% def ignore at max range not to mention snipes 20%, you should be set with %def ignore. Try to cube your weapon first if it doesn't already have a good potential because the secondary can get the bad armor lines and bad weapon lines when cubing. If your gollux isn't perfected yet then finish scrolling it, then cube your legendary items if needed because of the high %lines. For scrolling cra, I would recommend 30% traces because csog's are rigged for me and barely give any att or stat. Character cards are also important, with 3 sets of 3 S rank cards you get 9 att and 9% boss damage I believe, plus kanna and demon avenger cards give 3% boss each. Hayato card is good because it gives min crit which helps stabilize damage, shade gives 3% min/max at lv 100. Dojo gloves are a must if you don't already have them.
