Pc issues starting up/ w/monitor
hi i built a desktop 2 months ago and yesterday it was working fine. today when i tried to boot it up it would turn on and off repeatedly in 2-4 second intervals. i tried starting it up without the monitor plugged in and now the computer boots fine (i can see the LED lights and hear the fan, i plug back in the monitor and now the computer will boot fine but the monitor doesnt receive a signal. i can confirm that the monitor isnt broken because as i am writing this i am using the blue cable to connect the monitor with my old laptop

Without more troubleshooting information, I only give a guess with some amount of certainty.
The motherboard has gone bad as indicated by no POST screen, no BIOS screen during bootup even with the monitor plugged into a motherboard graphics output.

i actually removed my graphics card and am still getting this issue
