Gta Iv Error I downloaded gta iv. Played it for 30 seconds. The program lagged badly, so I decided to restart my computer. After that, I got a message saying that parental controls were blocking the program from running. I decided to update my RGSC, unblock it with my firewall and anti-virus. Has anybody ever had this problem or have a solution for this error? I would appreciate anybody that helps ^^

How do I shutdown a computer or Tv on the same network? k so i have my internet and tv in a bundle and my aunt watches hdtv 24/7, or streams 6 hour videos on her laptop. i can barely load things, she uses up all the bandwidth that i still lag at over 1000 ping at 3 am in the morning. she can be reading a book and she'd leave them on. is there anyway i can shut them both down remotely? ive tried shutting down her laptop with command prompt but it doesnt work, it gives me an access denied message.
How do we download and run windows xp virtual machine? I go on microsoft.com and click download, it makes me do a windows genuine validation thing, when i do it, I get an error saying its not updated. And if I type the verification code below with random letters, it lets me get past and then when i hit download, it takes me back to the first page... Help please!
Pc issues starting up/ w/monitor hi i built a desktop 2 months ago and yesterday it was working fine. today when i tried to boot it up it would turn on and off repeatedly in 2-4 second intervals. i tried starting it up without the monitor plugged in and now the computer boots fine (i can see the LED lights and hear the fan, i plug back in the monitor and now the computer will boot fine but the monitor doesnt receive a signal. i can confirm that the monitor isnt broken because as i am writing this i am using the blue cable to connect the monitor with my old laptop
