Can the penguin and duck wear the red ribbon pet equip?
I need to buy 3 permanent pets to equip my 3 pet ribbons but i heard the fox and seal can't equip them even though they're not listed on the exceptions list on the red ribbon item description. Can the penguin and duck equip them however?

lol so should i just buy 3 penguins or does anyone else noe if the duck can wear the ribbon
I know the penguin can.
For some reason it doesn't let me equip any pet equips anymore in the cash shop =/ not even wild cargo wings on a wild cargo and stuff like that
