Just wondering, how long was your citizen level 1? Because if you made the citizen before Feb 12, then it can advance just fine. It's only the [i]CREATION[/I] of CITIZENS that was blocked. If you already HAD a citizen, then you can advance to Battle Mage (or Wild Hunter or Mechanic) just fine. Hence the Original Poster asking for an account with a Battle Mage OR [i]A CITIZEN[/i]

I see, sorry for not believing you. i had no idea that they stop letting you make Mech, WH, BaM, classes.
