If your max is 10% higher than your min, then of course get the min crit for a more stable damage output.
(If you don't already...) Using Decent Sharp Eyes would give you +15% max crit damage, therefore using a min crit ring would be more beneficial since you'd still have 5% more (plus the difference before) max crit than min crit.

for some reason for me its weaker than my unleashed ring (last time also people told me that one is the best and that would raise my dmg the most)

I remember last time the event came out, I forgot to not hold my NPC key and got the wrong scrolling-type item for it... So the one I have has 1 missing slot, and you can't use ANYTHING but the event items on it, so it's just stuck like that.

Ice is one of the best since there isnt many ways to increase min crit.
