Does the method of leveling alchemy/smithing then decaying then leveling still work? I didn't get any diligence for leveling up to craftsman the second time

Does the method of leveling alchemy/smithing then decaying then leveling still work? I didn't get any diligence for leveling up to craftsman the second time

@ronaldlu: levelling smithing 10>11 doesnt give dil anymore, not sure about level 1-10 tho
maybe u leveled to meister instead of crafstman?
Even so, getting materials is a pain right now. Luckily I levelled my diligence to 100 when they sold ores in the shop.
Does anyone know if it still does? I don't remember nexon changing stuff
If that method doesn't work anymore then the only way to do it is to actually craft stuff.
