PC on ttwo earrings

Basically what the title says:

lvl 90 rose earrings clean, u/h, pot 3lines(str 3%, 18 acc, mp +45)

and

lvl 75 half earrings clean, u/h, pot 2lines(all stats 3%, recover %d mp every 4 seconds +16)

also need to know which one would be better for me.

And yes, I know I'm a huge grey blob...got affected by the character wipe bug -_-;
