I loveeeeeeeeee GOD EATER and the song ghost oracle drive - maintain maintain. I love the anime specially because they don't really follow the Japanese friend ship crap and perv main character. Next episode should be epic.
Three attempts of the MC trying to ex machina his way out; all end with the boss mob going "lol nope."
Also, I didn't think human bodies contained that much blood.

Super Climatic too. Thanks for clearing things up...you seem to enjoying God Eater as much as I am! But sadly, production issues is killing ufotable right now...hence Budget Eater.

@silentleaf55: Thanks for your insight. Dyaus Pita really looked liked a creep old man. I'm trying to keep myself from Googling the game before I spoil myself.

They really buffed Dyaus Pita (the dark Vajra) since the original game. Apparently this is his appearance in the Remastered version of the original PSP game coming soon in Japan, as he never had that bladed cape.
If you played GEB, minus the buff Dyaus Pita got with his bladed cape and dark aura in the anime, this is a [i]very[/i] accurate portrayal of him. When you fight DP for the first time, you'll suffer as you try to figure out his weakness, and probably take until the 5 minute warning mark to kill him. One of the most difficult Aragami in the game to defeat if you aren't geared up correctly, like the 1st Unit was.
@sammi As a person who played the game, you could still play it on a PS Vita as a download off the PS Store. It paces a lot faster than the adaptation, and gives backstory to each of the characters. To me, the adaptation adds to the game, but I won't say more in the risks of spoiling everything.
Also, take note that since Ufotable is making a special next week, there won't be a new episode until after next week.
The only thing I like is that the MC doesn't whine and cry like most, but he's still a noob who just talks big all the time. I heard it gets better though

Its pretty generic and mediocre.

I hate the solo-minded main characters, but it gets really good later on.
Ep. 5 is the most intense for me so far, try getting through it !
