So I don't quite know what I did to get the sweet profit bag but all I know is when I clicked on it it said "You got -2747530714745866101 mesos from the sweet profit box."
Before I pressed the bag I had 29 million mesos, and after I noticed I had 1 billion mesos. Will nexon ban me?

It sounds like another programming bug just like the "max mesos" limit.
When something is carelessly programmed, rolling over beyond an integer limit will result in a negative number when using signed integers. If it's not trapped and corrected, something like you described is entirely possible.
It would be worth reporting it to Nexon in a ticket and asking them to fix it for you, although with something that's technically complex it might be an uphill battle to find someone there who understands what the problem is, much less the fix.
