Wiped account? Banned? Dunno but might not come back
Recently my account had no problem trading, selling, dropping, or storing items until the most recent maintenance. This is when I got the message saying I was hellbanned and I was confused. I wondered if it was from the sweet profit glitch where people were getting negative amounts of mesos, but were ending up with billions. I told my guild mates about my situation and one said the recent maintenance was to fix the sweet profit bag glitch. Before I was hellbanned I took the mesos I had obtained and stored them so i couldn't spend them and get in to any trouble. I basically was waiting for a maintenance notice, but it never came, but the worse was yet to come. Today I tried to log on, but I got the error message saying the information might have been entered incorrectly and panicked. I reset my password, but I still couldn't log in. I then tried using my email to long in and it worked, but I had to reactivate my account because of the inactivity (even though I played the day before.) This is when I saw the notice to agree to terms and wondered why did this pop up. I clicked Bera and saw that all of my characters where gone. I've already submitted tickets about all of the issues I have stated in this thread. What do you think I should do? I had 15 characters and just about a month ago I finally reached 200 for the first time thanks to the WhimsicaI guild. It would just suck to start over knowing what I had. Oh and has this or something similar happened to anyone before, and how did you go about solving or how did you cope with the issue?

Supposedly, accounts may be deactivated when someone tries to constantly log into your account.
My guess: Someone who hates Nexin and Mapl is typing in easy to guess account names or account names from streams/ forum names/ vids that show a players logging on or in the cs and locking people out of their accounts.
Other possible reason:
1. your email was deactivated
2. suspicious activity

Yeah the entire first page of my characters were over lvl 100.
