Reboot skill changes to all worlds?
Might seem like a crazy question, but I seem to be getting different answers and I don't know which is true. Will the reboot skill changes also happen in the other servers? Those WA skill changes look pretty good, and I really don't feel like making a new one in the Reboot world.

@iamaurian: Ouch. Well the specific WA buffs should balance that out, or make a slight buff.
I could be wrong but I am pretty sure this change is actually crippling for cygnus knights:
Elemental Expert: Ignore monster elemental resistance removed, ATT/M. ATT: +10%.
@fradddd: Thanks. That's what I thought, but I had a few people telling me other wise. Made me doubt myself so I just wanted to clarify it on basil.
The update is called "Reboot".
The new server/world is called "Reboot World".
All revamp/reorganizations of classes happen for EVERYONE.
