So i made a ticket saying how i didn't claim my level 70 kinesis cube quest and how it got deleted once i got to level 90.
This is the reply,

I'm sorry to hear from you that you were not able to get the reward for the levels 30, 50 and 70. I apologize for the inconvenience. The reason why the rewards was deleted because it was intended. You need to claim the reward once you reach each level as the reward will be replaced. This is not a bug rather its how the game works.

This was the case even back then with different job releases. I see no reason to complain. And like @wall mentioned, if you really wanted the cubes you would have accepted it then.
