Well I kind of want to attempt to get the PQ player Damage skin, I was wondering what is the most efficient way to farm that high # of PQ points.

There's only one way as far as I know, which is to do the five daily world pqs. Having the guild skill Party Quest Mania will help you though.
It used to cost a lot more by the way, it's easy now! It took me a month to get mine.
