Diligence and scrolling - special scrolls

Level 100 diligence gives you +10% chance of passing a scroll, excluding special scrolls. Do 20% pink scrolls classify as special?

As far I know to Nexon a special scroll is one which works.

Thank you Raja. I'll assume that 120 is a decent amount of sample size and assume that the 20% pinks count as special. I wonder if the 20%s from renegades function differently due to their color...

The thing with scroll chances is you can't even be sure if they are bugged or not, because you can always blame it on luck (and nexon will if they are sent a bug report about it, without even checking on it, the exception to this are 100% scrolls). So I actually wonder if that 10% from diligence does anything at all.
Sounds like a decent sized test to me. Still, you could just have been a little unlucky. These things get more certain with more scrolls, but 20%'s don't exactly fall from the sky
Unlucky on both claws would be highly unlikely for my luck ;(

@naniwa and @xlazah We used about 105~120 scrolls. I'm not really sure because we scrolled them when the empress claws first came out.

But how many did you use? Theoretically, you'd need to test an infinite amount to be certain

@xLazah, We took the end results which equalled to 20%. ( We rounded)
Me and my friends did this with empress claws. The 20% scrolls did not get the extra 10%. Each time, it resulted in 20% success rates of the scrolls.
err...not that I'm trying to bite people, but how exactly can you tell that each time results in a 20% success rate? Does it say somewhere if you get the 10% boost? Or does this come from the fact that it still only worked roughly once every 5 tries, which still doesn't necessarily prove that it's 20% and you were just unlucky?

@Broccoleh: The end result is what matters... Taking the scrolls passed by how many we used we got 22% for one, and 19% for the other.

Honestly, I think the 10% only works on the normal scrolls. (10%,30%,60%,70%)
+ The 20% scrolls are scrolls that came from an event, so I wouldn't consider them normal.

But 20% doesn't mean you will always get it 1/5 tries.

I think it counts "Special" scrolls as anything that isn't a regular 10/60%, or a 30/70% Dark scroll. I'm not 100% sure on that though.

I believe by 'Special Scroll' it refers to Potentials, Enhancements, Chaos, etc. However, I could be totally off.
