uhh you can log in with your email if you didn't know that.
And then if you drag your mouse over the box where your IGN is, you can find your account ID.

Yes, that was a bit useless, but that's a fine answer you know. It isn't like they told them they can't access their account, so it's their fault for not giving adequate information.
