Is it possible that Im getting scammed
I'm currently buying unique potential scroll service from a guy I met in the FM at 200m each scroll pass or fail.
He's used 9 so far and they've all failed. Although it's possible that he and I may just have bad luck, I am starting to have my doubts.
He's scrolling my fully scrolled Meister Shoulder which is 3L epic.
I know as a fact he can't be using 1% clean slate scrolls, but is there anything else that could be happening?

EDIT: Found out how he could be scamming me:
"He could be using scrolls on another item in his inventory and saying that he's scrolling your shoulder. you can just see whether a scroll he uses on an item in his inventory passes or fails, not what scroll or item. hes scamming you" - 0Kirito0

ok look if you have been paying him each time he scrolls then you are screwed, but if you havnet paid him at all, just keep his collat and dont pay him the 1.8b, btw like stevenman said can I know his ign so I know to watch out for him
Youre getting scammed hard, happened to me 4 times. I started making the people skype screenshare/ record with their phones or fraps/ screenshot and send it to me/post it on youtube/imgur
EDIT: I'm from broa, what is the ign/guild of the player selling them to you? I might know them

The thing is, how is he even scamming me? He can't be using slates because the shoulder's fully scrolled
Maybe it's bad luck , i sold once CoG service, i remember 100m per scroll some weeks ago..
1/9 passed, i swear to god the guy thought i was scamming him, sad thing was.. the only one CoG that succeded gave +1 att only...
It was a guy from the alliance and well.. just bad luck.
Regarding upots the worst run i've had it's 7 failed in a row when i was trying to upot my cra helm, i regret doing that crap since a non scrolled cra gear is worthless..

When in doubt ask for screen shots/video.
And most people buy at 400-500mil per success and none for fail.
Probably just bad luck. I failed 11/16 of my Unique Potential Scrolls so far.

200m seems hella low and you'd have to be extremely unlucky to fail 9 unique pot scrolls in a row.
99.99% chance you're getting scammed. Ask him to ss to make sure.
