I much prefer sweet water over fafnir.
Reason behind this is, swapping hero gloves with SI gloves to cast SI, then swapping hero gloves back on.
During the middle of a boss run, there isnt really enough time to cast SI if not wearing already.
If i had SI, i wouldnt even bother casting it anyways.

Sweet water on the other hand, is basically built in SI, perfect for end game without the trouble of recasting.

The only thing good about wearing a sw weapon that I had spotted, is if you are not rich enough for Tyrant boots/gloves, you can get Sw boots/gloves to get a 2-3 set effect from sw. Which could be a real big help to some people.

uhm... 3 set CRA + SW Weapon doesn't mean you lose 50 atk from the 3 set lmao

Well without the fafnir weapon, you already get the "extra 50" from the 3 set effect, you only lose the 30% boss damage effect from the set.

I made a sw and regret it every day. Yah it's perfect so it's nice to look at, but the fact I'm missing the %boss, and it's not tradeable really make it a heart ache... Luckily I got lucky when making it and it didn't cost me but 30k nx...

DSI is extreeeeeeeeemely expensive. like 10bil expensive.... if you dont have the funds to drop on a single item then use SW

personally went for sw dagger when it was released since i had no funds to get decent si or a fafnir dagger (about 5b for a clean one back then),
even though having dsi gloves now, i'm still using the sw dagger for the 4 set sw effect (hat/overall/shoes/dagger), the thought of being able to attack at max speed with only mpe pots is what made me settle on sw

You have no idea what youre talking about. If someone is truly endgame, they would have capped attacked speed arleady with MPE and SI so there would be no point in getting SW at all. Dsi fafnir and mpe green. Max attack speed like everyone's saying is correct. No reason to go sweet water.

there is absolutely no difference in hps between fafnir + mpe + dsi, or sw + mpe + dsi.

assuming you use green monster park pots:
if you have the funds to get either decent si or +1 attack speed inner ability, keep the fafnir
if you can't get decent si or +1 attack speed on inner ability, and still want to attack faster, go for sw

but for endgame status, assuming you have dsi or +1 attack speed, it's about what is more useful: the extra weapon attack from sw or the extra 30% boss from fafnir (if you use the other 3 CRA pieces)

attacking speed is the same, mpe + fafnir + dsi / +1 attack speed = mpe + sw

SW Dagger is better for endgame, Attack speed > 30% boss damage, and if we're talking actual endgame then 30% boss is really nothing.
