Do you still need to have done the quests from the event to do the pq?

You think a decent 138drk would be good at all in the PQ?
The mobs in the pq are extremely hard, takes a full team of lv.150's that are funded to complete that pq.
Oh man... really? That sucks.... is the pq hard?
