Is this a good comp for some games?

I created a thread similar to this like 2 weeks ago and in that I had a higher budget, but now my budget is reduced to $500 max (taxes/shipping not included)
So is this a good comp to play League and maybe minecraft?
Btw this might be in the wrong section, but I didn't know where to put it (Minecraft or LoL's section)

correct. Since it would be like recording a video. The FPS is from the game, but you're recording after the game, so it isn't affecting the game, because the game was already over.

yeah, most people record with Lolreplay after the game.
If you're using LoLReplay after the match you should be fine.
