I created a thread similar to this like 2 weeks ago and in that I had a higher budget, but now my budget is reduced to $500 max (taxes/shipping not included)
So is this a good comp to play League and maybe minecraft?

I have a PC similar to that. Works good

if you don't use that part list (you can probably get better deals), THINGS TO REMEMBER:
-DO NOT cheap out on the PSU, cheap ones like Raidmax and Coolmax are known to catch on fire, explode, and fry components
-Go for AMD. At a 500 dollar price range, AMD is the best bang for buck
-Get at least 4GB or ram, but not over 8GB, as over 8GB is overkill for gaming.
-the CM 212 EVO cooler is a really cheap, good cooler
-don't get dirt cheap gfx cards, they are pointless, i800kf you don't want to get a dedicated card, get a AMD A10-6800k
League is not an intensive game when it comes to power needed to run it. It should be fine but like the 2nd above said you can get more for your dollar
The GFX is not that great you won't be able to play League on 60 fps with max settings that well as a stand point for the GFX card. Generally not the best for gaming. But for Minecraft it will be fine.
You can definitely custom build one that is significantly better with a budget of $500, you'll need experts who know their parts however I am not knowledgeable to suggest a list of parts.
