Do more quest and bosses. I think I get between 20-35% after my daily boss runs. They're a good source of exp and a chance at cubes is always nice.

Sleep > training even 4 hrs is a lot! I personally can't go without 7hrs minimum now lol. Sdh is so boringgggg, Thank goodness for muscle memory because without movies I'd be ko after 2 hrs.

Its not worth it training past 222.
The other numbers are so ugly and it takes too much time mindlessly mashing buttons while knowing no matter how hard you mash them, youre still surpassed by the mass amounts of macroers that are going to outexp you once you fall asleep.
Just sleep hun, your health is much more important than numbers on a game.

When I'm feeling hyper lazy I just put 4 random skills on a PS3 controller and spam them while I watch anime on a second screen.
I had a lack of sleep while I had me stay at drill hall, dang peeps false reported me an insane amount couldn't even fully afk due to GM pop-ups even while just sitting there doing nothing.
But trust me, it's worth just going back to town and getting sleep if you're tired... Training isn't as important as the sleeps. =]
sitting in a chair doesnt sound too hard
After a while you develope this thing called "muscle memory" which allows you to train while you sleep. At least I assume thats what people do when they aren't able to answer me while they train.
Sarcasm or not I think they are using macros
