It really is, it DOES work on firefox, but only sometimes (im sure they'll eventually fix that issue)

@FireBreather: I made an entire thread about it yesterday and most people were able to get their issues solved in 10~20 minutes by speaking with a Customer Service rep through live chat, the ONLY things they don't currently do; are ban appeals, and ingame things (since both of those belong in tickets)

I just hope people don't end up messing this up with spam like "GM PLZ FIX LHC" or crap like that >.> it seems genuinely good customer service wise, now all we need are improvements to the ticket system and we'll be golden.

OT: I actually made an entire thread about this yesterday (they really need to fix the issues with the live chat) alot of people have some issues with getting it to work so what I recommend you do is try switching browsers, and if all else fails try the DREADED internet explorer! (mostly because thats what their site is most optimized for)

EDIT: it's working with Internet explorer and not chrome or mozzila.
