I'd sat 15b+ my cygnus secondary is 21% matk 20% boss so it can only really be used by BW's but yours caters towards the demand of both + its legendary.
There's not that many good cygnus secondaries out there for the amount of NW and BW there are. Also it's good because it can be used by all cygnus. I'd say about 13-15b. I sold 30% boss 8% crit 9% total damage 3l unique for 10b last week.
