Details: Dear Nexon,
I understand you guys are working hard constantly and always serving the the players of Maplestory the best of your ability. I my self have been playing Maplestory since when the Pirates class first started in the GMS. I absolutely loved this game from that time. So couple weeks ago, I submitted a ticket about how my account got randomly perm banned due to afk in the Resistence head quarters. I already sent you guys a ticket, but it says that it got deleted due to inactivity(which I have no idea what that means.) So I am resending the ticket to you guys and I will describe in detail what happend that day.
So I believe it was on a Saturaday night at around 10PM standard eatern time, I played on my EpicFailDS account. I was training in the Crows area and got my self to level 36. Then I decided it was time for me to get my second job achievement. I went back to the Resistence head quarters and decided to get my second job. Before I got my second job, I decided to get something to eat and I just left my computer open. After 30mins, I came back and discover I have been disconnected. That time I was thinking it is normal because at that time, I remembered the server was very unstable and disconnecting was a normal thing. I decided to log back in and play again. Then a pop up screen showed up and said I have been perm banned from this game due to hacking reasons. I am very confused and worried at that time because first of all, I have never hacked before and never got banned before. Immeditely after, I sent a ticket to your guys and described the problem. I checked the ticket status on August 30th, and discovered that it says the ticket has ended due to inactive reasons. I do not understand that either. I really want my account to be unbanned because I have put a lot of time into that account and I have spent Nx on that account too. I have been waiting patiently for you guys to unban my account and checking the ticket status everyday. My birthday is coming up and I have decided to buy some nexon cash. So please unban my account. I do not just want to quit this game because of some mis-understanding and technical diffculties. Thanks very much. The people that I cc below are the people that knows I am a legit players and they have been friends with my since 2 years ago. Again, thanks very much for your consideration.

Lol. this account was created back in the time when the GFA quest was avaliabe in NLC. then i decided to train it all the way to lvl 136
If the ban is false, they may accept your appeal. This account was hacked last year (chaned all my account info and used the account to hack) and got it banned. When I tried to reclaim it, they allowed the account to be released (though getting my info switched around took a little time), though they did claim they would be keeping an eye on the account to be safe.
If the live chat feature is available, it would speed up the process, but whatever happened may be connected to something you did in the past. Either way, be prepared for either an appeal going through or not.

@siyuan More than likely your account got banned for something else. 80% of the time a gm doesn't ban you on the spot. They look into your activity and investigate before taking action (unless you're caught in the act). So that they don't falsely ban people. Apparently they found something that was worth banning you over and it 99% was not related to what you were doing at that moment, but what you did days or weeks prior to that. They've stated multiple times that you can be banned for things you did weeks ago, but basilers always focus on the "I got banned while sitting in town" part and fail to realize it was something else. It's like when someone steals something, the police investigate and eventually track down and arrest the criminal. The person may just be sitting around watching tv when the police bust in, but they aren't there because of that, but what was stolen beforehand. Same thing with most of Nexon's bans.
I'm not saying you actually did any hacking. Nexon could be completely off base and falsely banning you, but they certainly believe they've seen enough to justify banning you. If you really want to be unbanned you might want to think of anything that could possibly be seen as suspicious in the last few weeks and explain [i]that[/i] part to Nexon. Like maybe you trained one day and the game was lagging so badly that it didn't register that the monsters were dead until the respawn triggered. Which allowed you to kill all the monsters on the map at the same time, every few seconds. Something like that would be worth clearing up with Nexon.
if you want to get gm to review your account, you must never do make a long story and how you got ban. Get to the point where you got ban, and state briefly how you got ban and give reason.

I got banned for well over 2 weeks now and my ticket is still "open"
