the email that nexon sent u about how ur acc got unbanned. cuz i didnt get one, or the spam auto deleted it self. i did got the email saying that my case was auto closed doe.

Just go on and try.
They just un-ban you.
If you are un-banned you don't need an email to verify so just log into the game. If you still can't then you are still banned and have a chance to go either way at this point but more than likely you won't be un-banned.
If the case was auto-closed then you basically got thrown aside. You're stuck this way.
