If you haven't bought anything already, go buy the Slot Expansion for Storage. Apparantly, I've heard that it doesn't take away the 90% sale thing, so you can buy it again... From what i hear anyway. Still Storage slots feel like a good tool for transferring items to another character.

The 90% off discount only counts once, and it won't let you buy multiple of an item if the 90% off discount is in effect. So after that first Meso sack they'd go back to normal price.

But to answer your question no, it's not a good idea. Meso sacks have long been a huge ripoff, and you'll likely end up with 10-20 mil extra from a dozen or so bags (we're talking 400k-1mil per bag on average). The chance of getting a lot of mesos is really low.

And no. Meso sacks are a total rip. Buy Legendary Booster Packs or a store.
