Ereve is just as bad as Rien/Event Hall
I don't lag at all.
As mention before, there are maps with those NPC.
Southperry has the maple administrator
3 Doors has the RED Shop
Singapore has Casandra
Ereve has storage, red shop, and Casandra (Someone has to verify this for me, someone posted this yesterday)
Rien has the town lag npc
For some reason I'm not lagging at all in the event hall but Happyville on the other hand </3
To those of you who need access to the RED shop, just go to ToT. There's a RED shop there for some reason.

Avoid the Event hall. There are alternative ways to talk to each NPC seperately. Like in southperry, ereve, 3 doors, etc.

it's never just you
They put those npc's in the event hall because those npcs lagged you in towns.
