Fire Emblem Awakening is a great game

I played and beaten the main campaign and loved every single moment of it so far. It's one of the best Fire Emblem games for international releases. Ton of units to hire and a big plus you can obtain DLC units which were from the older Fire Emblem games. The story is long and great and fleshed out with a long campaign. It's much better than Fire Emblem Sacred Stones and Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon which were meh to me. The Dark Knight, Paladin, and Hero classes are my favorite classes so far in that game.

If you played a TBS or SRPG then it's worth picking up, if your new to the genre, it has a casual mode to avoid perma deaths to help you pick up the pace.

This and Radiant Dawn. Try beating Hard Mode without retrying a single chapter.

Where the heck did you buy the game from? You got ripped off. It's $40 at Wal-Mart, Gamestop, Best Buy, and all of the rest of the major retailers.

The DLC isn't even expensive. $4 for 3 maps.

i thought the game was only 40 like a normal 3ds game...now i do question buying it so early. though my store still has it listed in the system as 39.99 despite not having any copies in yet.

Not gonna lie, this game almost made me regret buying a vita over a 3DS XL when my friend let me play it yesterday

The bundle is $200. The game alone is $60 ($20 more than the typical 3DS game). And there's expensive DLC on top of that.

How much does it cost?

@Jilip Unless you're a collector with a lot of money, it isn't really worth it. On top of it not being a 3DS XL, the copy of Fire Emblem is digital. You get no game box or cartridge.
If you mean the bundle, then get it. Unless you prefer XL or a physical copy. There are a lot of great games coming out including Pokemon X&Y, Ace Attorney 5, etcetc
I guess this is an opportunity to pick up my 3ds again because I've just been waiting for Monster Hunter Tri G and Animal Crossing 3ds

Hard Mode is ridiculous. This is by far the hardest Fire Emblem yet, at least out of the English releases.

I am actually about to get my copy of it today! I heard from numerous people that it was a fantastic game as well. In fact, this is my first time playing a Fire Emblem game I'm sure it will be as good as everyone claims it is
