Kms 1.2.246 - Bowmaster changes

The KMSt Bowmaster changes have arrived in the main KMS server, but with a little change.

Arrow Blaster: installed turret damage has been decreased from 140% to 85%
Binding Shot: now passively increases Arrow Blaster's installed turret damage by 90%p
Bow Expert: in addition to existing effects, you can now instantly select Arrow Blaster's installed turret's maximum and minimum angles by installing Arrow Blaster while pressing up or down

Not as huge as KMSt changes were, but still a pretty good buff.

Phantoms, happy about that 5% increase in the installed turret over the KMSt turret?

Since when? Unless the skill description says %p or final damage then it is additive to %TD (i.e. best considered as TD)

Outdated. Reinforce hypers are a multiplier on their own.

As far as I know reinforce hypers are generally added as total damage.

@assmuppet: Well in my plan for this passive is that it would cap out at 9000 accuracy, so only 6% min+max.

@bomberb0i2: Yeah well perhaps when they plan an Adventurer link skill they'll create these passives. Thieves get avoid->total damage, Archers get Accuracy->Crit damage, Magicians get Magic Def->Ignore Def and Warriors get Defense->Boss damage.

I like what Hayato has with their passive giving a large amount of damage for basically nothing. It's something I'd like to see carry over to more classes. Even Kanna has a great passive changing their +MP into HP and also their HP to magic attack.

@elufu: you have a point there, and like you said its been useless for 4/5 years now so y not just get rid of it? they keep making skill mainly for archers that give a + or +% of accuarcy, and they themselves made that stat useless.

@bomberb0i2: Def.... is rather useless. You cap your def very early now with how easy ST-ing is.

Based on how the recent patches go.. I would believe Nexon is not comfortable adding more damage onto the table. I'd rather a more conservative 1000 Accuracy for 1%ID. For most classses except bowman their cap is 9999 making it 9%ID, which isn't great but isn't entirely useless.

I don't think it'd be right to suddenly give a lot of value into something that has been entirely useless for the past 4/5 years?

That would be super cool, because it would give me 46% min max crit. It would be too OP though for the very same reasons.

Should have an accuracy -> critical damage thing across all archers. Every 1500 accuracy is 1 minimum+maximum critical damage.

I'm still waiting for nexon to make the Dex stat more usefull when it gives Accuracy... it shouldnt take them this long to either take accuracy out of the game completly or make it have some kind of purpose.
