They came from crystal scales or what ever it's called a while back as well.

Main reason its rare is because its from the time when Nexon added CS equips as in-game items. That and the Metallic Arm (FMA style knuckle) were Gachapon exclusive, along with other weapons of each type. All others dropped from certain mobs. Finding one in Gazed would take quite a long time, as they're no longer in the Gach, and the people who do have one may or may not be active, not to mention selling them or getting service would be a miracle (One player has the Metallic Arm, but he doesn't sell or sell service, weapon at this moment doesn't exist in GAZED anymore).
