Best training spot from 90-100?
I'm training at roids right now but it's getting kind of slow. Khaini is dead so R&J isn't an option.
The only think I can see on the training guides is rashes but those suck.

you could just r&j in the world pq....I'm sure you'll be able to find a party
Sand Rats and Scorpions is really good exp until you can 2-3-hit Robos (Apparatus Room), in Ludi. I think the Robo map is the best to grind until you are high enough level to go to the Dual Ghost Pirate Hidden Map (which is now a starforce map...so the exp is insane).

@SnakeyManGuy: I know how you feel. Playing in a World that isn't immensely populated 24/7 and the fact that I'm playing in Australia makes it even worse to find parties at RnJ
I created a Kanna mule so that I wouldn't have a hard time finding a party in RnJ, and just killed Sand Rats and Scorps at Sahel 2, till about 110. From then I went to Captain and Kru till 140. If having a mule is difficult then I would recommend investing in a 2x to get out of that 90-140 hole in unpopulated servers..

just find a party at r&j, its gonna be faster anyways
Sand rats from 90 - 110 is beast if you have a kanna.
I think i remember in one of the training area vids of a mob called homonculos? I think its in magatia somewhere... not in the PQ itself but there is a map of them.
