Heatwave Stamps actually work right?
So la dee da I QQ I've failed 5 heatwave stamps in a row, but passed the theoretical 3% scroll that was doing so!
I'm paranoid that it doesn't work on 2L Epic items, or that I'm using it wrong.
Could someone just confirm that my luck simply sucks?
