15% traced, but it was starforced a few times before scrolling. The knuckle is 13 att less than where it should be.
Another thing to tell if an item is 15% traced is if the item will have 120 main stat at 15 stars. stars 10-15 are +3 stat each
Haha this reminds me of back when I saw a similar type of deal with a polearm. Turns out primed would have all stats plus m.att and att
It's definitely 15% traced, but it looks like you got to it to 12 stars when it was 7/10 completed and then went back to slate the slots afterwards.

@solzoriana that's not primed, or else it would have all stats (STR, DEX, INT, LUK, W.ATT, M.ATT).
That would be traced, it would have MAtk if it was primed.
