@SombraManx: Me either, man. I was really hoping for a cool class to come out of this and while I like the Moon/Sun idea, it looks really boring in practice.
at least gonna try it since my dw is lvl 120 already.. it might be fun

Paladins are still 100x better because they take 100x less damage

Looks more like Demon Impact to me than ACB because of the forward stabbing animation.
Actually they do have it. You're in the same boat as us naow.
There's nothing confirming that it's ACA, not even the skills mention it. That animation could be a placeholder for the Moon stage.
Any reason why his combo doesn't get pass 2nd orb?
It probably isn't ironed out yet. They update animations, and add/remove functions sometimes during testing. I expect before they're released, it won't look like combo...

Doesn't change colour with different elements...not a real charged blow.

It is a crazy mobbing skill though.
So, to sum it up in a nutshell, the warrior version of Lumi's Equilibrium, Eclipse, and Sunfire.

Also, I don't get this part of your comment:

Skill info: Solar Pierce: Unleash a brilliant ray of red coloured sunlight, dealing 395% damage on up to 7 enemies. (required skill: 1 Rising Sun) (max level: 30)

yeah i know, it looks weak, but also gets nice bonus from buffs like:

Falling Moon: Receive the power of the moon within your sword, increasing your critical chance by 20% and the hit count of all your skills by 2x while reducing your damage to 55%. Rising Sun skills cannot be used while this skill is active. (max level: 20)
Solunar Time: Depending on the cycle of the sun or moon, accept the flow of time, combining the effects of the Falling Moon and Rising Sun states for 200 seconds. Each time you use a Falling Moon/Rising Sun skill, the next one you use will be the opposite state (this does not affect the stat boosts from Falling Moon and Rising Sun, you will always have both active). (max level: 20)

yeah, you get both bonuses

^ Those are the only things he can use with the ACB thing. That's how his system works. He doesn't get the moon buffs for the sun skills.
did you even watched the video?

At fourth job you can get both buff at the same time on all skills, its called moonsun state...

take a look at the video, the thing hits like 10/12 times 23x% with extra speed and extra critical chance (plus the 40% dmg buff)
