If the Zero's Familiar anime is identical to the manga, than Railgun>Shakugan no Shana>Zero's Familiar.

None of them, but if I had to rank those titles, Railgun >= Shana > ZnT. The only reason why Shana isn't first is because the third season was terrible. Absolutely terrible.
On a side note, why do people treat the word "anime" as a proper noun? Why are you capitalizing it unnecessarily? It's just as bad as spelling the plural of "anime" as "animes" and people need to stop doing it; you'll have a completely grammatically correct sentence, except the topic and hobby [anime] of what you're talking about. Isn't that ironic?
for me hyouka is in some aspect just a copy of bakemonogatari. but oh well...
i dont know whether railgun is fitting the atmosphere after hyouka
