Good Ps4 JRPGs?
I recently got a PS4 (well my brother did, but thats besides the point) and I was wondering if there were any good JRPGs for it? Or are there any that will come out later this year?

All tales usually have cameo battles though.

Bloodborne, Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin... definitely 2 fantastic JRPGs (yes, they are JRPGs).
I don't know if there are any Disgaea titles for the PS4 yet... but those are always great Playstation JRPGs.
Persona. Bloodborne isn't a jrpg even though its an rpg made in Japan...but it's totally worth playing if you have patience. Theres not very many out. Sony focuses on western games for the PS4 bc in Japan the PS4 hasn't really caught on yet...they tend to stick with the handheld platforms.
Child of Light is awesome, too. And cheap.
Oh yeah, they remade Dark Souls 2 just recently for the ps4 and x1, including all DLC and revamped monster placement and upgraded AI. It's so awesome and so worth it.
You could wait for a Tales game. No idea when though.

Oh no. You don't have to play previous series for the stories to know what's going on. Persona is a stand-alone title like Final Fantasy and Tales. However Persona 5 may have ton of references and cameo from the older games of persona. I suggest you to play Persona 3. It great to starting point before Persona 5. I believe P3 and P4 were released, not too long ago for ps4 in PSN store.

children of light, dragon age, infamous (last two arent jprg but still rpg) ff type0/ff14 hyper dimension neptunia, natural doctrine, there are the only ones out atm more will come out later this year
