Hinomaru Fan
Do these still drop from Rodeos? I'm wondering if anyone has received one as a drop recently.
I want one because it's a wand that looks like a fan.
Also, if someone has it in Bello/Nova, that'd be easier, I guess.

No, they did not remove it, they revamped it to a higher level, the content is still accessible.
Didn't they remove the low leveled sakura castle theme dungeon?
I thought the NPC in sakura castle sell it.
They drop from jesters. Have fun~
