Lite scrolls on lvl 0 equips
Do lite scrolls work on lvl 0 equips such as balloons and pet equips? I know this might sound redundant, but I just want to make sure

Aghhhhh... why would normal CS scrolls work on pet equips but not lite ones </3 Thanks for responding
