@srurtuphr: Considering Israel to us distance, that's unfortunately something you won't be able to fix through upgrading means.

The only thing I can recommend for your Droid runs is to full restart, pick a less populated channel and play patiently as possible (don't double/triple tap on portals just once and wait). I've been having CTD's much more often with the latest win 10 update but I can't say if that's directly related.

@gakinotsukai: I meant that as a seperate problem, regardless I also lag a lot.

As a side note, I reached 1F again with Rhea, basically first run each time, and on the last gate something in the ms client crashed. I just about broke my keyboard.

@srurtuphr: This specific issue I'd consider the game is in a glitched state not lag.

Issues due to lag are things working but only after a set amount of time.

Change channels a bunch of times and the game client will start to hit a bugged state where you'll just dc as soon as you log back.

You have to realize that this game is incredibly poorly coded and has some of the worst QC/QA (or they are aware of it but have no fixes). They do fix things after extremely long amounts of time but it's never instant.

In short, no it's probably not your pc but the game itself.

@hualicious: Mostly when it's nighttime in Israel, around 2pm PST, is when I lag the most.
Many times my frozen orb (moving orb which hits fast multiple times) and new 5th job skill will cause me to D/C.

@gekkegerrit: At the moment, equipment cannot be raised pass 15 Stars, and items that do exist pass 15 stars cannot be raised further.

I currently only have one 15 Star Force Equipment, it cost quite a bit.

@darksword: Thxs for the Chaos Zak info (on the enhancement, did you ever enhanced an item more then 15 stars ?? 12 stars is the most i did, the chances are getting so low versus very high costs)

And about the maintenance,these are the words they are using
"Various changes will be made to the Mechanical Hearts event to balance the difficulty."
Balance the difficulty......thats nexons way of saying : sorry guys when we tested this event it looked ok but in the real world it a bit to difficult.

@gekkegerrit: Chaos Zakum drops items such as Chaos Zakum's Helmet, Enraged Zakum's Helmet, Enraged Zakum's Belt, and Enraged Zakum's Cape. They're not that good at the moment due to the 15 Star Force cap so they're considered as collector items.

Nexon isn't going to really change anything according to the maintenance notes. It looks a lot more like a few bug fixes. The difficulty seems to look like it'll remain the same.

@hualicious: You do Chaos Zak ? what is your range ? My 400k Lumi is totally helpless against him. Does he drop anything special ?
And on topic, i read in the patch notes that Nexon is going to "balance" the difficulty of the event. Would they think its too hard ? Geez, these guys are smart !

@srurtuphr: It can be many issues. What kind of lag are you having? Do you have the lag most of the time and anywhere in the game?

My computer is old (Quadcore, so not even a first gen i-Core) and from time to time I do have issues but when it comes to lag it's either my wifi or their servers but if both things are working fine then I have no lag at all, except the lag that I can get from many drops on the floor and my pet loots them or the kill count quests. But these kind of lag even the players with high end computers get them.

I used to lag at Chaos Zakum when he smashes his arms but it doesn't lag anymore.

@gakinotsukai: Thanks for the suggestion. Do you think there's something else I can do to help with the general lagging? I've got pretty good specs, and fast internet connection. The only problem would be physical distance from the servers (I'm from Israel), but I know other Israelis who don't suffer from such issues.
Just wondering if allocating more RAM would help? or some other way maybe?

Whenever certain things stops working restart windows via full restart.

Open command prompt ("CMD" ) then type shutdown /r /t 0

This will fix almost all common Ms issues. Give it a shot. It'll make your windows load a bit slower on initial startup but in return you can play ms with minimal issues for the time being.

@srurtuphr: Well wasn't talking about how new the computer was, it could have been driver issues. Yes this event is buggy.

And when you jump between doors, wait for the door to open completely. From what I have noticed if you press the button, and the door opens and you jump immediately, you will fall most of the time. I avoided this by waiting a bit and I haven't fallen anymore. At the end of B2 and B3, the 'dark' area with a button on the floor, jump carefully there, you may fall down.

I had that bug too like you said, press the button on the wall and the door won't open. I had to kill my character everytime it happened. I am not sure if it helps but from now on I just walk to the door first, and then walk back to the button and press it.

I don't know about the bug at the electric gate/fence and or how to avoid it...
I have never experienced that one.

My computer's brand new and is high end, that's not the issue. This event is very buggy, I don't think it has anything to do with my computer.

This is depressing, after struggling with the buggy B3 on Rhea (if you fall not to your death but just a buggy fall like the gaps you need to jump between doors, it restarts from the door, not the stairs, the buttons are all pressed but the doors are closed and you're stuck) I managed to get to the first floor, only to get this stupid bug? man.

Maybe your computer is not up-to-date. Since you keep getting it, I suggest you see if you got any updates for your computer such as Windows Update, Graphic Card Drivers etc.

And yes you will have no choice but to restart it, but then again you rescued Aster without problems at F1?
