Nope. Made virtually every mage except an I/L and got them all to 17x+.

Mainly because the motivation to make an arch mage for me was to try a mage that is as unique and distinct in as many possible ways, while still being part of the original class lineup from the very beginning, all points as relative specifically to my bishop which was my first main ever and I got it to 200 pre big bang...I wanted to take a break and try a different mage...so I picked Fire/Poison because it was the more unique and rare of the two at the time.

Now it's 6-7 years later and I'm actually thinking about making an Ice lightning mage finally, and in Scania....which is actually why I'm responding here, lol.

@Mesmus I won't comment on the playstyle of either class, but in terms of raw DPS and bossing ability both archmages are amongst the best.

Still alive in Kradia. Just don't post alot unless I have something useful to add.

I have a i/l mage I play sometimes. Would have preferred I didn't change from f/p but cbf with it now. Neither are any good compared to the classes available now days.

That's not to say they are bad, but just don't compare to what other classes have to offer.
