How to improve my equip now?

I have about 3b and I don't merch, so with my current funding what's the best way to improve it?
I know I need superior gollux stuff and once I get 2 pendants I'll get rid of the bounty hunter items but other than that?

I'm just curious, what mage class do you play?
3b mesos can get you somewhere but not much from what you already have. Work on what you have right now, rather than replacing your items. Enhance your gollux items to 12 stars. Eventually, you'll replace your reinforced gollux belt and nova shoes to tyrants. Hopefully marvel comes out soon and if they do, the tyrant items will drop in price. You would want to have mesos ready for the deflation. You don't need to spend unnecessary mesos because there is still plently of your current gear that needs to be finished. You should continue running gollux and finish scrolling the gollux items you already have. I noticed you only have 3 rings. Do you have a 4th ring? If not, get a solid gollux ring and scroll it. The scrolls for it is bought with pennies, so it should be easy to finish.

fix the scrolling on your shield if you can, and like everyone else said above, finish scrolling your gollux
if you don't mind me asking what's your range? buffed and clean?
The only real thing you could do with 3b and those equips is fix your belt or start shoving nebulites on everything. Anything more won't be much of an upgrade, since better equips will cost a bit more than 3b.

dont go for superior you dont need them yet, just perfect all 4 reinforced (ring earring pend pend) and get tyrant belt/shoes
but with that fund, you rly cant do much, grab some cube and scroll ur weap pots?
keep doing gollux and finish scrolling. superior would be great but if you can't afford it then what you've got is better than nothing.
if you can replace the nova boots with tyrants that would be better in the long run but again if you can't afford it then nova is the next best thing. keep enhancing it to upgrade the mag. atk.
also you're missing nebulites on almost everything so get 2-4% INT nebs on everything. that should give you a decent-good boost in range.
Hammer and finish scrolling? Sell and get primed scrolled items. Switch out any Nova for Tyrant... IDK.
