Is guild scroll skill additive or multiplicative?
and does it work on spell traces?
so ie 15% spell traces? if they were additive then spell traces would be 19%, multiplicative and they would be .156
We confirmed diligence is additive and works on spell traces.

Likely because you are experiencing negativity bias, which makes the failures easier to remember than the successes.

what she probably meant is that anyone claiming a scroll "feels" like a certain % is just bs-ing for lack of a better term since most likely they only used a few personal cases, which isn't enough to account for randomness
if diligence and guild skill at additive then spell traces would have a 29% success rate right?
From what I know, Diligence is Addictive. Also... I am not sure if people confirmed if diligence even applied to Spell Trace. I barely ever spell trace since they were so expensive back then.
Some people claims that diligence it doesnt work with Spell Trace so... IDK about spell trace.
BTW: How often do you scroll using 15%s? Using it a few times does not make it "feel" like that specific %.

just from personal experience i have 100 diligence and no way do 15% traces feel like 25%... and 90% +10%(90) = 99%. So its most likely that no one around you using occult scrolls is going to fail it

Nope, it is additive. Go Gollux and buy those 90% scrolls which Diligence work with. Don't think I ever heard of someone with level 100 Diligence complaining about it failing.
just from personal experience i have 100 diligence and no way do 15% traces feel like 25%... and 90% +10%(90) = 99%.
ive heard mostly that diligence is multiplicative though
Hmm, never heard anyone say that with confidence. Could you perhaps cite some sources if you have those?
They're additive.
Dilligence should also have the same effect.
This would allow for +14% success rate on your scrolls, nearly doubling the odds of a 15% trace passing
Last week, I failed a 70% Spell Trace, and my guild skill saved the slot
EDIT: Oh wait, talking about the wrong skill
