For all of you that don't keep up with KMS, here are all the recent changes that have been coming to Heroes. These changes take place between Reboot(Which we're getting on December 2nd) and the most recent KMS patch, which is coming on December 3rd for KMS. Seems like heroes are getting some really nice changes, and our hps is going to go up like crazy

Here are all the changes summed up.
Iron Body -- Duration decreased from 300s. to 200s.

Weapon Mastery -- Weapon mastery now gives 5% damage if you're equipping an Axe. 10% final damage boost passive has been added.

Rage -- Duration increased from 180s to 200s, cast delay decreased from 1920ms to 1080 ms.

Weapon Booster -- Duration increased from 180-200s, cast delay decreased.

Combo Attack -- Visual update. Also, Combo Attack now gives 2 attack per combo count.

Chance Attack -- 20% Critical Rate boost passive has been added.

Raging Blow -- Raging Blow's damage has been decreased to 167% while in enrage. It's number of hits has been increased from 5 to 9.

Enrange -- Duration has been removed.(Its now a toggle skill). Final damage boost has been decreased from 60% to 25%, critical rate boost has been deleted.

Intrepid Slash -- Attack range has been increased

Brandish -- Damage has been increased from 220% to 280%, attack range increased too.

Rising Rage -- Cast delay has been decreased from 2520ms to 2010ms, attack range has been increased, and number of monsters has been increased from 8 to 10.

Puncutre -- Now passively increase's Shout's damage by 180%.

Advanced Final attack - Bonus chance -- Activation rate boost has been increased from 10% to 15%.

Combo Fury -- You can now press the down arrow key while using this skill to pull yourself to a monster. (Note: you won't charge up combo when using this function.) Now consumes 1 combo count.

Shout -- Damage has been decreased from 380%-200%. A 10 second cooldown has been added. Attack range has been increased, and Shout now hits 6 times. 1 Combo orb is consumed on use. When you hold the down key, A stun duration of 6 seconds is added. Shout will hit 3 times, have a shorter range, and have a chance to inflict a status effect on bosses if the down key is held.

Cry Valhalla -- Cooldown has been increased from 90 seconds to 210 seconds. Attack boost has been removed. Cast delay has been decreased. While the buff is active, your crit rate will be increased by 50%, you cannot be knocked back by any enemy attacks, and **raging blow will be enhanced to 109% damage 9 times with the last 2 attacks as critical hits.** (I think this means to say it will gain 109%, since it uses the word enhances, but raging blow is already above 109% damage)
Oh also our crit rate is now working properly, granting us a huge buff.

I don't see why anyone would use puncture and then shout for the damage boost...
I'm curious about how much they increased the attack range for shout as it might be useful for training now.

@rexaar @stevenman76 I wonder if that means you will have to Valhalla and then enrage and deal with all that toggle nonsense once the buff wears off if you're mobbing cause that sounds unnecessarily cumbersome.

@unfocushero: In kms we have 9 lines, and attack at a pretty high attack speed.
Also, pallies have really low damage o-o. They only have like 2 lines more than us, attack slower than us, and get less out of their equips. To give you a general idea, iirc I went from 9m lines on blast to 20m on raging blow when I switched a little over 8 months ago

Basically, you can now use enrage to mob during Valhalla.

i don't know about you, but i feel like heroes are getting the short end of the stick for a long time now.
we're no longer any real powerhouse, Drk's even pallies are better off...

A chance to stun a boss for 10 seconds? I like. (unless the stun is still interruptible by most melee attacks (most range attack do not interrupt stun), then meh)

Unless the Valhalla give stance against attacks that ignore stance or is usable in jump quest, that feature is useless since we already have 100% stance. Valhalla also causes you to use enraged raging blow animation to attack mobs of monster.

Assuming skill description of Valhalla refer to normal raging blow.
Normal Raging Blow without Valhalla:
No hyper: 268% * 5 = 1340%, one guaranteed crit
Hyper: 268% * 6 * 1.2 = 1929.6%, one guaranteed crit

Normal Raging Blow with Valhalla:
No hyper: 109% * 9 = 981%, two guaranteed crit, +50% crit rate
Hyper: 109% * 10 * 1.2 = 1308%, two guaranteed crit, +50% crit rate

Assuming skill description of Valhalla refer to enraged raging blow.
Enraged Raging Blow without Valhalla:
No hyper: 167% * 9 = 1503%, two guaranteed crit
Hyper: 167% * 10 * 1.2 = 2004%, two guaranteed crit
(note: before this specific patch, 215% * 8 * 1.2 = 2064%, 3% damage nerf)

Enraged Raging Blow with Valhalla:
No hyper: 109% * 9 = 981%, two guaranteed crit, +50% crit rate
Hyper: 109% * 10 * 1.2 = 1308%, two guaranteed crit, +50% crit rate

Conclusion
The numbers on Valhalla just doesn't seem right.
Using Valhalla is a 35% overall damage decrease.
Average crit damage with puncture with 35% crit rate ((55+70) / 2) * 0.35 = 21.875%
Average crit damage with puncture with 85% crit rate ((55+70) / 2) * 0.85 = 53.125%
1.53125/1.21875 = 25.6% overall damage increase when using Valhalla. (might be a bit lower if you include guaranteed crit)

Combo Force
At 2:45, the Hero is using combo force in mid air, that's pretty far (2 rush distance far) and fast.

Critical fix is countered by Enrage nerf.

We get hits/s increase at the cost of overall damage%.

If you aren't capping, not sure these changes will be as good.
