KMST 1.2.24 Phantom updates
Phantoms going to be so broken if this goes live..
- All Heroes can obtain a lvl 100 emblem now.
- They removed Final Judgement (lvl 150 hyper skill) and added Talent of the Phantom Thief H which allows you to steal a lvl 150 hyper skill.
- So if you were to steal Shadower's Flip the Coin you would gain an additional +10m damage cap, 5% total damage and 10% crit per stack with a max of 5 stacks.

@chaosh: To put into perspective. If shadowers didn't get this skill. They would be hard pressed to finish hell gollux with a cap of 50m (70m for assassinate). Meanwhile other classes can clear it within half the timer without a higher dmg cap. Capping midnight carnival and meso explode is but a pipe dream and most if not all super funded shadowers give up on that. To put into perspective. It takes about 100% crit (min 64 max 86), 18k stat, 13 star + tyrants, 319% boss, 59% atk to cap all hits with assassinate (120m) on hell gollux. (Of course you can seesaw a little bit of %boss for %atk but the overall difference is minimal). In contrast using midnight carnival with the same stats as above would yield less than 30m hits on hell gollux. So if you managed to upgrade those stats in a way that yields a total of 3.33x the damage then sure its OP.

@lolitstom: then they will have to steal other skills. I believe i read somewhere on the site, it said some hyper skills couldnt be stolen. Well i hope they somehow change it so phants can get all five stacks

Scroll down. Has a cooldown of 45 seconds and a duration of 30 seconds. It seems they only get to have one stack.
@simaini: thats what kms calls the skill, GMS will name the skill impeccable memory H.
@stevenman76: Not nearly as hard when they nerfed. Phantoms deserve this type of buff and I really hope it hits GMS.
Should have called it impeccable memory V or H or something lol. flip the coin would be amazing, especially since phantoms rely on crit so much omg wow

The only place they got hurt was platter, but even then they're still stronger than currently. And currently they have one of the highest hps
Lol take blade clone from DBs that's like another FA kinda skill right? Anyways Phantoms deserve this since they have been shafted a lot.
I'm actually surprised to find out that Shadowers even have such insanely powerful Hyper Skill to begin with, no wonder they nerfed Meso Explosion (well, I suppose -4/5s CD hats exist for a reason). That being said... Good luck hitting the 100m cap on a 85% Arrow Platter, Phantoms that even get that far probably deserve to hit that high... Although there are probably more OP skills Phantom can steal, I'm to lazy to think about it.
I'm happy to see that they FINALLY give Zero some more hits and it also seems that they are 'fixing' more summons? Not sure why they didn't chance all the damage formulas for all the summons in one quick patch (although I'm kind of worried of when Kanna will get that change... They are not in KMS, after all, and I would LOVE to see Kishin be affected by total damage and crits)
