So I got my first sweet water piece today...and it came with a 7% int/4% hp line. Lucky me
I'm still kinda new, but how often does Spell Trace Fever come around?

Risked it, all 5 of em worked (70%)
Failed 5 > 6* about 5 times in a row, and failed 6 > 7* twice though, then 8 > 10* without fail.

Thanks for the input, it was the fact that it comes every 3 months (or so) that I decided to go for it.
It might be in the summer you and i update. I remember reading it on orange mushroom, but i could be wrong. I can try to find and link it when im home.
it was the first and only time (the 3 times it came)
nexon might decide to bring back the event some time but nobody can know for sure as it was the first time it was done (unless it has been done in kms several times, which i dont even know if it was done in the first place)
