Crit on Kanna?
So, I have 40% Base Crit (Base 30%, 10% from Hyper)
A 30% Crit Inner will put me at 70% assuming I manage to even roll it, and since Crit Rate doesn't work on Haku's Fan I can't really add more Crit from there.
What else can I do to improve crit? Off the top of my head I can only think of Phantom (10/15/20%).
Which will put me at 85% (before large time sink getting 5% more)
Can't invest in nebs yet, my gear ain't done
If only Beast Masters could be made...

I guess you haven't done the resistance ignition which ended 1 day ago. They gave out a lvl 130 crit range(15% crit 5% min crit) for a getting a resistance character to 130 :v It was movable once in acc. There is also the decent sharp eyes(dse) skill obtainable on unique/legendary lvl 120+ gloves or as an A neb. It gives 10% crit and 15%max crit and you can use the glove for dse and then switch to your normal gloves if they are better. And marksman card is 3% at S(lvl 100) and 4% crit rate at SS(lvl 200). Hopefully beast tamer will be re-released for those that missed out >.< nexon is supposedly still fixing it for the last 6 months or more.
