Where do you get potential scrolls in reboot?
Hey guys. Quick question.
I made my mules first, and my main last, so all the potential scrolls that I got from the box turned out to be untradeable on the wrong character. Anyway, has anyone gotten a pot scroll in reboot? And how did you get it?
I know I've had many pot stamps from elite bosses, but I haven't seen a scroll yet. I wonder if they give them out in rarity.

Well i got like 10 epic potential scrolls %50 and i got em from those box that drops the elite bosses, you can put them into the storage.
The evolution lab sells 90% and 70% scrolls, with the 1.5x buff I can get one 90% in 2 runs (30mins)
